The Independent Payment Advisory Board, a component of the Affordable Care Act, is a point of contention surrounding the health reform law. Healthcare Finance News readers were nearly split on the issue. Forty-eight percent of respondents said it should be repealed, while 52 percent said it should not. On March 22, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill to repeal IPAB. The date range of this survey was March 12, 2012 to March 26, 2012.
