Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) [NYSE: SAI] announced today that Edwin Kilbourne, M.D., has joined the company’s Health Solutions Business Unit (HSBU) as vice president and Atlanta site lead for the HSBU within the Civilian Health Operation. He will report to Mike Eddings, SAIC Civilian Health operations manager.
